- A list of career titles will appear. These are career research
leads -- the names of careers that have interests and skills like the
interests and skills you told Career Finder about. You can click on a
name in the list to see graphs comparing your interests and skills to
that career. If you want to know a lot more about that career, there's
a link below the graphs. It will take you to the right Choices Explorer
article.
Career Finder will balance your interests
and skills (the Balance Both option). You can also tell Career Finder
to look for careers that match your interests without considering your
skills. Or, you can ask it to look for careers that match your skills
without considering your interests.
